Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of flownato.com and the Flownato service ("the service"), operated from India ("Flownato", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. What the service is

Flownato is a reference library of mobile app interface material — screens, user flows, and interface patterns — organised and annotated for design research and education. Some material is available free; expanded access may be provided through a referral code or a paid subscription.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. Accounts are personal: one person per account, and you are responsible for activity under it. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Premium access and billing

Paid Premium is an automatically renewing monthly or annual subscription. The price, currency, billing period, and any applicable tax are shown before you confirm payment. Payments are processed by Razorpay; Flownato does not receive or store your full card or UPI credentials. You can cancel renewal from the Premium page and keep access through the paid billing period. 4. What you may do with the library

Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable licence to browse and use the library as design reference and research. Premium subscribers may use the official Figma integration to export bounded selections into their own private design files for the same reference and research purpose. You may not: redistribute, resell or republish the library or substantial parts of it; bulk-download or scrape it by any automated means; share account access; or present library material as your own product. Screenshots remain subject to the rights of their respective owners (see our Copyright policy) — your subscription is for access to our collection, curation and annotations, and does not grant you rights in the underlying third-party apps. A Figma export does not grant additional redistribution or ownership rights.

5. Third-party apps and marks

App names, logos and interface designs shown in the library belong to their respective owners. They appear for identification, reference and educational purposes only. Flownato is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of the apps shown.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and current, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Library content changes over time — apps are added, updated and removed (including in response to rights holders' requests).

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Kota, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights that apply where you live.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
