Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancel renewal

You can cancel an automatically renewing subscription from the Premium page while signed in. Cancellation stops the next charge; Premium remains available until the end of the period already paid for. Cancelling does not itself refund the current period.

Refund eligibility

If you made an accidental duplicate payment, were charged after a timely cancellation, or cannot access Premium because of a verified technical failure on our side, contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and, when eligible, refund the affected charge. Except where required by law, charges are otherwise non-refundable after digital access has been delivered and materially used.

How to request a refund

Email support@flownato.com from the address on your Flownato account. Include the payment date and Razorpay payment ID; never send a card number, CVV, OTP, or UPI PIN.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. We initiate them promptly; banks and payment networks commonly need 5–10 business days to show the credit.
