Digital Delivery Policy

Digital service

Flownato Premium is an online subscription. Nothing is physically shipped, so shipping fees and physical delivery timelines do not apply.

When access starts

Premium is normally unlocked on the Flownato account used at checkout as soon as Razorpay confirms the subscription. Most confirmations are immediate; in uncommon cases involving a bank or payment-network delay, access may remain pending for a short time.

If access is delayed

First refresh the Premium page while signed in. If a successful payment has not unlocked access within 30 minutes, email support@flownato.com with the account email and Razorpay payment ID. Do not send confidential payment credentials.
