Rebind an existing order to another outlet, address, or mode.

1. Domino’s: Change the restaurant for an order in the cart

   Order management rather than order building: from the cart's store row, the same city-first All Restaurants directory reopens, a different outlet is selected, a confirmation dialog is accepted, and the cart returns rebound to the new restaurant with its item and total intact. One approved guest variant, proven as a connected branch of the dine-in ordering journey and corroborated by a second capture that repeats the same branch in Takeaway pickup mode.
