Compare Searching & Finding UX flows
Compare captured searching & finding UX flows across apps, side by side. Preview the interfaces and follow each available sequence.
Booking.com: Find a rental car
Set a pickup location and review the observed availability result.
IKEA: Plan a store visit
Find the selected store, review its address and regular hours, and check opening times for store facilities.
SNITCH: Search and filter the catalog
The reusable SNITCH discovery operation: reach a results listing from the dedicated search surface — by typing a query, following a typeahead suggestion, or tapping a TOP SEARCHES chip — then narrow it using the filter and sort sheet (sort order, colour and other facets). The captured variant searched for linen shirts, sorted by lowest price and applied the GREEN colour facet, ending on the filtered listing.
SNITCH: Open a product from search results
The reusable SNITCH query-to-product step: starting from an on-query results listing, choose the grid density that exposes product names and prices, pick one result tile, and land on that product's full detail page with imagery, name, price, rating summary and a live ADD TO BAG. The captured variant enters search from a curated collection's header magnifier, follows a 'polo shirts' typeahead suggestion to a catalog-wide listing, and stops without committing.
